I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Rolex from Pacific Jewelry, and I could not be happier with my experience. 10/10. By far the best pawn shop in all of Central LA and Hollywood. Top notch professional customer service. I had questions that were answered with full honesty and felt like I was truly taken care of. By far the best experience I've had in a while. It's definitely worth the trip, you wont be disappointed. My wife wanted to get me a Cartier Love Bracelet for our anniversary and we were amongst conversations with our SA at Cartier, had the size narrowed down etc. I saw online that Pacific Jewelry & Loans had a brand new Love Bracelet, in the size that we were looking for. Before even going in, we agreed upon a price, and I verified the serial number with my Cartier SA, who told me the purchase location and date of purchase, which all matched the Cartier certificate. I think the original owner bought the bracelet and must have gotten the wrong size, and missed their 30 day return window with Cartier. I am very happy with the bracelet and will definitely do business with them in the future. They have a large selection of Rolex and other high end designer jewelry and watches. Thanks again for the great deal on a brand new love bracelet!
