Rudy was so good with Mamba! Definitely a positive experience at the WeHo location. I could see how well he nurtured my anxious furbaby.

I brought my doggie, Penelope, in for a bath, fur trim, nail clipping, etc. the employee charged me nearly $80 but said he couldnt do many of the items because my doggie was squirming. Penny isnt aggressive nor does she bark or bite or anything. Shes a 14 pound mini dachshund it seems absurd to charge $80 but not accomplish the only task requested. I mentioned the most important thing is a fur trim as she has so much hair and of course that wasnt done.

This location is smaller but Id rather have it than not since its a very convenient location in the city with parking. Every staff member I encountered was super nice and helpful! As a new pup parent I bought a bunch of stuff I thought I would need. Ended up returning a couple unused items as well as ones that didnt agree with my pet which they have a great policy for. Something you cant really do with Amazon buys.

Awful experience. They canceled my appointment 15 minutes before and tried to reschedule the day before, even though I had booked a week earlier. In the past when Ive taken my dog here he has always come home in a jittery and nervous mood. I would not recommend

Wonderful people. Def take your dog there. Staff was attentive.
