Body By Nonna

Nonna is not only a body sculptor, but she is someone who truly understands the body and how to train the individual person she is working with. Nonna did an incredible job making me feel comfortable while also encouraging me to push myself. She taught me to understand my own body and mind to strive in my workouts - which is something I have had significant difficulty in the past with. I dont think she receives nearly enough credit for the work she accomplishes as she isnt just a trainer, but she is also a body healer and someone who truly cares about her clients and their needs. Thank you Nonna for all the love and heart you put into your work and for helping me in my journey!

I feel so blessed to have experienced the healing magic of THE good Pilates Witch Nonna Gleyzer. Nonna is a true multidisciplined body worker & can read bodies like books ! In the end, we didnt do any Pilates because that wasnt what I needed to move me the day we met. What I needed was her other intuitive + well studied gifts (which she has many of!) which meant I left her studio not quite the same person as I went in; having received so many reflections, insights into my past, present + future & literally was put back together with her hands! Thank you Nonna for this beautiful hour (plus a bit extra!!) that you spent with me. A lifelong connection has been made ~ I already look forward to the next time we meet & sharing again with you on this fabulous frequency of energy!

Im so grateful to have met Nonna - she is such an amazing and caring spiritual holistic healer. Ive been to a lot of healers in my life and how quickly she shifts things is beyond what Ive seen before. I expected pilates but got much, much more. She helped me work through things I wasnt able to release for a long time. Her connection to energy is obvious and her clairvoyance saw right through me. She pinpointed all my issues (mentally and physically) immediately and addressed them within the first session. The type of work she does changes everything - your mind, body, and your whole external life shifts because of that. I honestly feel like a different person now; so much lighter, brighter, and significantly more at ease after my sessions with her. And Im so happy to have her in my life now - I know that just one session or chatting with her can shift everything.

I have been recently troubled by knee pain. My GP suggested that I consider knee replacement. He had me make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon to assess this. Nonna had mentioned that I should get an injection to ease the pain and she would treat the issue. The surgeon did give me the injection and noted that it would last about 6 months and that subsequent injections would last for shorter time periods until ineffective. Nonna has been treating the knee and after 6 months, I have not felt the collapse that caused me to see the orthopedist. The knee feels pretty strong, although there is still some pain. I am able to do my normal activities. Nonna is a fantastic healer. She seems to know what is wrong with my body before I do. She is fabulous. Nonna is a healer, and her results are so much better than the myriad physical therapists I have been to.
