        I hadn't been to this location in a long time because of issues, and so I went in not expecting, just looking. Had a great sandwich, served by a really nice lady, who had a strong maternal feel to her.

        The tall manager this morning was in a foul mood and I felt like he was annoyed being there at 9:15 on a Saturday morning. . .I blew it off. . .no big deal. . .then some runner just went in as I'm sitting here outside asking for a cup of water and the guy refused him! HOW RUDE. WHAT KIND OF REPRESENTATION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND COMMUNITY IS THAT? R-U-D-E. how some of these people get jobs in charge is just beyond me. . . especially when they are FACES of a HUMUNGOUS corporation. West Hollywood's ECONOMY depends on visitors and tourism and if this is the way establishments are going to treat our lifeblood we are in serious danger.
