I wouldn't normally do this but I unfortunately had a medical account that was sent to collections that I thought my insurance company had paid. It totally skipped my mind. I contacted Budget Control Services and dealt with a representative named Tony. The experience was totally different than what you would imagine. Tony was very pleasant to speak with and walked me through the process and understood my circumstances. I just wanted to send a thank you Tony and express how grateful I am in how he treated me.

Saw an account on my credit report when getting ready to buy a car, called here and got more information. Some how I missed the bill because of a move. Representative helped me get it taken care of and improved my credit to qualify for a lower interest rate!

Well, these are horrible humans. I called to pay off a debt, and the man screamed and belittled me. Horrid horrid way to treat any human. They must really hate themselves.
