Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

We went to see my brother and we stayed for almost 5 days and on the 2nd day we left some money in the bag and we went out to have a good time with the family and when we came back the money was gone, the cleaning lady took it and it was enough and we went through reception to see what they could do and they did nothing, we lost the money and it was a very bad experience, be careful, I really do not recommend the hotel for security and the package was closed and they opened it to search

I really enjoyed staying here, the only thing is that I went out to pick up Dinner and went back to room and the keys would not open my door.I was gone maybe 1/2 hour, so why would I have to reactivate my keysI went all the way to my to my room and had to walk back while having feet problems, just to see why my keys would not open my door.but that was t such a big deal, I really enjoyed this stay and would stay again in the future.Thank you for all the good service..,,

I was traveling Friday evening (2/16) and called to see about a room at the Best Western near I-25. I couldn't find it, the street signs weren't visible because of the storm. The night clerk, Chris, guided me in by phone. When I went to park, he shoveled from my car to the door. He had treats for my dog and there was pineapple water & a treat for me. This is what hospitality is supposed to look like. I thought Best Western was kind of a budget motel, but this one was definitely top of the line. Chris could give lessons on hospitality. I will now always try to find a Best Western to stay in .

DO NOT STAY HERE. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE! This place is disgusting. I would rather sleep in a ditch. If you want to be mugged, you're in the right place as there are sketchy people walking around outside at all times of the night. We walked in and got to our room to find the bed was not made, the fridge was leaking all over the floor, and it smelled like a moldy piece of bread. Went back to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms available. We checked right back out after 10 minutes of being there, and they would not refund our money. We paid for 2 nights and was told to bad. AGAIN, DO NOT STAY HERE

I we absolutely loved Chris your Graveyard was so nice to us offered us drinks thanked me for being a member gave us a gift bag, literally felt like we were taken care of from the minute we walked in the door to leaving we had a huge trip coming in from Kansas so was very thankful that our room was ready, also called the night before asking question Chris went and looked over the things I needed to know about the room! You guys have amazing staff! breakfast was amazing clean hotel my kids loved the pool third time staying will be back!
