        Had an issue on Thanksgiving day and called TCS. The owner showed up on a Sunday on a cold inclement weather day. The price was absolutely fair, and we did call three others for comparison. He was professional and even spent time to educate my wife and I a bit on septic fundamentals. Also gave us a ballpark price for a new replacement so we could start planning now and suggested a replacement in the next 3-5 years. We will be using TCS for our replacement in the near future and any septic services we need.

        I wish we had gone with William Septic Services. They would have charged us $375. TCS charged $525. When I called to try to negotiate a fair price the owner said he would bring the septic waste back to our tank so that Williams Septic could do it.

      I charged you what I charge everyone with a tank that size.Your husband saw the price when he filled out the invoice so the price shouldn’t have been a surprise. My prices are in the middle I don’t charge the most and I’m not the cheapest. I also pointed out a problem and repaired it while I was there at no charge. I really wish you would have gone with Williams as well I did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this review. Your husband called me, I showed up quickly, I supplied a quality service, and I left. If you want to negotiate you need to do that before services are rendered. Prices should have been discussed over the phone and you should have kept shopping. You should probably handle these household things because it was your husband that called and set up the appointment and I don’t think he understands that your desire to get the cheapest guy no matter what. I also gave you a discount when you called to “negotiate” which you failed to mention in your review as well as the fact that your husband called me on Sunday afternoon to schedule the job and I was able to get there on Monday morning. The cheap guys aren’t even thinking about that phone or helping you on a Sunday evening.
