Marc did an extraordinary job of helping one of our clients as well as my own company. Situation 1: The ED of one of our nonprofit clients was locked out of all of her email accounts shortly after they'd undergone a rebrand. GoDaddy's customer service was not helping, only making things worse. Marc was able to come in and regain access to all accounts in a very short time. Situation 2: My company's emails were often landing in spam folders - Marc was able to assist by adjusting the DNS records so that our emails end up in the inboxes where they belong. His customer service is impeccable and reliable.

I am an employee of a US company that also has divisions around the world. Red Bigfoot supports our IT needs. I just wanted to throw out a high five and a sincere thank you to Marc. For being such a smart geek and very good at what does, the personal service and attention to special needs is greatly appreciated. I have my challenges at times and asking for help is sometimes difficult, thinking I can just Google it.
