I referred a friend to Phil several years ago who was going thru a tough time in her marriage. Look, we all know attorneys who treat their craft just like a job. They will do a good job for you, but there is no bedside manner. You get the feeling you are just a number. Just someone who writes the check at the end of the month. Phil is different. I was in a very high conflict divorce, and I had two subpar attorneys that I had to fire because of poor performance and non-responsiveness before I hired Phil. After I hired Phil, it was a night and day experience. Phil and Aleksandra, his paralegal, put me at ease, kept me informed in each stage of the divorce process, and made sure my questions were answered through the complicated, high conflict divorce process. Phil was very, very organized, strategic, and well prepared for mediation and permanent hearing. He spent a considerable amount of time helping me prepare for the permanent hearing. He fought for everything I asked for. During the permanent hearing, I felt like I was watching Perry Mason. Phil commanded the court room and was well respected by the judge. He was so good with his presentations and line of questioning that I won on 95% of what I asked for with financial/property and parenting time. I am truly grateful for Phil and Aleksandra, and I will never forget what they did for me and my daughter.
