Money poachers. Their Client claimed injury after a minor fender bender. I stayed with the guy for 45 min after the bump chatting nicely, he claimed no injury to me and the officer. Then I have to help the guy how to use his own insurance. Later I get a notice that Sawaya is helping him claim injury and pay. My insurance gets screwed and my rates go up! Awesome! Cool lawyering. Game the system. Appease the liars. Head on over to Sawaya if youre a human moral dumpster looking for trash people to represent you. Maybe you can screw over other honest people too!

They have had my case for almost 3 years now(1month shy). I have had 9 perilegals handle my case. I have emailed constantly asking for updates and the only response I get is "the other insurance is reviewing what we sent, we have not heard back from them." This company is not a go getter, they are a sit back and see what happens. They would switch who was handling my case without even letting me know. I would find out by emailing or calling. They do not communicate and I feel like I am just a name on a piece of paper not a person who was injured in an auto accident. I have to live in a back brace for the rest of my life and they guy who hit me claimed fault. This should not take this long. Save your self the hassle and heart ach, go somewhere else.
