I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to after my stay here. The price may seem lower at first, but tack on 75$ if youre bringing your dog- they will say this is common practice, however most places charge 25-35$, at several different nicer hotels in Denver. Everything is a charge. I went to grab a cup of coffee and stopped because it was 4$. For coffee that comes from a machine. The rooms have a weird utilitarian feels as part of the room instead of having a recliner has a workout room. IF you use it and want to wipe it down, youll be charged 4$ for using a lisol wipe. I had called to see if we could check in early, if our room was ready, and we could for an extra 50$ for check in @ 1:30 (50$ for 1.5 extra hours). The TV in the room has option to stream an app from your device, but it doesnt work. When we called to get it fixed, they said it doesnt work. The staff are pretty flat & unwelcoming. We were awake all night listening to people upstairs, people through the hallway, and adjoining rooms. Awoken at 8 am by the sound of housekeeping next door. Will not stay again.

We arrived late it was almost 3 am for our room. We initially were greeted with a good attitude. But as soon as we met him face to face his whole attitude changed. We were given attitude. We were treated like we weren't good enough to stay there. With comments Like "We enjoy a quiet place and normally have upper-class people who stay here" and the next comment was "If you can afford it our hotel charges a 50 dollar deposit for Any damages done" Mind you it's my wife and I, who is a traveling nurse and I am an engineer we arrived late and were tired but in no way did we put off any type of appearance to deserve those comments. Nice hotel I must say but horrible service from the overnight front desk person. Oh, I almost forgot we decided to "tap the bank account with their amazingly expensive breakfast paying 35 dollars for 2 soggy waffles and fruit cup oranges in a fruit bowl. It was bad I would have it say I've had better breakfast at an extended stay. Horrible experience to say the least.

Weird room set-up with the work out equipment in the room, but whatever. Main issues are everything is an additional charge. But for business travellers, they hold your security deposit for the max. Yeah they are one of those. If you travel you know what I'm saying. Noteworthy details: Already said
