Comfort Dental Golden – Dentist in Golden

Alright well the doctor said my cavities are too small to fill and scheduled my second appointment 6 months out. My back molar is throbbing in pain and I called them to ask a question about it they said they'll call me back never did. The staff just wants you in and out. Not going back.

I went to this dentist last week because of a pain I had in my toothDr s told me she needed to pull a tooth and it wasn't the tooth that was hurting. I went to my real dentist and he fixed a small cavity which took care of the situationI will never everGo back they have no idea what they're doing!

I'm a new patient who visited this office for the first time last week. Everything was very clean, organized, and went very well. I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, and the work they did was fantastic.

Was prescribed antibiotics then waited at the pharmacy for 30 minutes, only to be told that they didn't have anything for me. I called the office back and they said they didn't have anything prescribed on file for me. I was told I'd be called back the next day, but never was. I called them a few times today and was eventually able to get ahold of someone. They said they just called it in. No "sorry" or anything. Really disappointing.

Courtne in the back of the billing department or scheduling was so rude, condescending, belittling, dismissive. I could go on and on. She should not be interacting with customers/ patients. Right off the bat she was defensive and condescending . Talking over me and gaslighting me instead of working to resolve the issue. Her job is to work with insurance and patients right ?? I have been coming here for 4 years . Never had a problem . Dentists seem nice and competent but hiring someone like Courtney is a mistake . The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helped to explain while Courtney huffed and puffed around the office saying how she would just refund me money but if Im wrong they will bill me. Excuse me maam but maybe you should get your office organized . Its your job not mine . So unprofessional . I dont think Ive ever been treated that way by a health care provider . I will be making additional complaints regarding her behavior. She shouldnt have a job working with people . Would be 0 stars .
