        These people do not listen to anything the customer tells them to do, they take advantage of people store your car, and wont release it until you pay. I have insurance they could take it up with insurance. Horrible company State Farm says not to deal with Pro Tow anymore

        Looking at the fact you never showed up after us waiting for an hour and a half. If it weren't for a couple of kind gentlemen that stopped and assisted us who knows what could have happened. Especially since wife is on portable oxygen. To say the least your customer service sucks. DO NOT expect me to recommend your company to anyone....
