        All of my family members have had horrible experiences. She is highly judgmental but claims to be a place to help with dental anxiety. I tried twice and left feeling horrible about myself. She is not comforting or kind about anything. I am someone who trys to take care of my teeth but apparently struggle. I wouldnt recommend to anyone who has anxiety about the dentist.

      Hi Kathryn, We are sorry you had a bad experience at our office. We strive to be welcoming to all patients. Some patients require higher levels of anxiety management, such as IV sedation, which we do not currently offer. Unfortunately, we may not know the full level of anxiety reduction needs until after the assessment, such as requiring IV sedation for cleanings and exams. We are happy to offer referrals for these patients to improve their care. A dentist/patient relationship requires trust and effort on both sides to have a successful result. This includes open and honest communication, acceptance and understanding of current dental needs, willingness to comply to recommendations and home care instructions, and an ability to maintain all scheduled appointments.
