The receptionist or whoever she is incorrectly scheduled my appointment so someone was home waiting for a plumber that never arrived. When I called to see what happened, I was told the appointment was for Thursday so I requested an email confirmation so this wouldn't happen again. The email confirmation never arrived so when I called the following day, the receptionist told me she never said she would email me a confirmation and then hung up on me. When I tried to call back to reach a manager or supervisor, the call went straight to voicemail. I left 2 voicemails but neither was returned so I'm going to reach out to the BBB and the city of Denver to let them know a business is taking advantage of customers, especially those forced to use specific providers due to HOA rules. Called day after Thanksgiving with a plumbing issue, left VM about an urgent issue and never got a call back. Removed from my list of emergency plumbers, which is too bad as they've shown to be reliable and competent in the past.

Lance, the tech, called on schedule and got pictures and dimensions of the old tank and the space where it was installed. He kept me informed of his arrival with the new tank and because of his planning and preparation, he only had to make 1 trip for the whole job. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that my installation would be up to code. He was a very clean and tidy workman and was very careful of my home. He did a stellar job and I would, and will, recommendations him and the Pipex Plumbing Company, wholeheartedly, to everyone I know! Service: Water heater installation

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. I called and scheduled an appointment to have a new faucet, water filter and under mount sink put it for 9 am the next week, they called me at 8am the day of to cancel, so I started doing it myself, installed the faucet and the water filtration myself. They called me at 12pm saying someone could come out after all and I said all we needed now was the under mount sink put in and an 3/8th to 1/4 th adapter for the water filter to fit the filtered water faucet but that I installed everything else already. The plumber showed up at 1pm stayed 5 mins and left for over 2 hours to get a part, came back for 5 mins while I was on a work call, left, didnt say anything, came back another 2 hours later and told me they couldnt do the sink because the size was wrong and spent 2 mins putting the adapter in my water filter and left . So they did nothing but drive 10 mins to Home Depot for an adapter, and charged me for 2 hours of work (310$) so put a simple adapter in When I would have happily driven myself to Home Depot if I knew they couldnt instal the sink but he didnt tell me he couldnt until he was leaving.I called when he left because he was in and out of my house for 5 hours and I surly wasnt paying for that. They never answered or called back and I got chargers 310$ with no invoice or notice of anything, for literally someone to put 1 adapter in. I emailed to see if we could work something out and she basically said I should have paid for 5 hours and then stopped responding. Im in the service industry myself and I would never feel comfortable charging someone for something I didnt feel was worth the work. Talking with my bank for a full refund since I have proof on my ring that they where hardly here.
