        This is a great place to go! We were pleased with what they offered, and Meghan really helped us out in so many ways. We needed lots of help and advice, and she was there for us every step of the way!

        Customer service is great, AFTER they see your a serious shopper. Received the cold shoulder from employees upon arrival. When I asked for help the associates body language was very closed off. I told him that I was part of a wedding party and all my stuff was picked out. It wasnt until he saw my info in the computer that he seemed willing to help. Then the service was pretty great....... likely commission involved here. These are my least favorite places to visit. To the employee at the store, Jos A Banks isnt my style anyways. Please dont profile your customers.
