Papa Johns Pizza

If I could give less than a star I would. Pizza is extremely easy to make good. And hard to make bad, yet big daddy's has figured out how to ruin it. A lunchable pizza is Cheesecake Factory compared to big daddy's. My pizza was wet with grease, I pulled one slice and literally all the toppings slid off. I really can't say how bad of an experience this place was

The last 3 orders we got from them were wrong or the forgot the extra sauce I ordered. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

Horrible customer service! Called to place an order for delivery. Was told that i dint call the right store, even though papa johns website said it was the closest location and they are just 5 minutes from my house.They gave me the number for a different store. Called that number, but no one was answering there. Called back to see if they gave me a wrong number. The guy I talked to seemed to be very confused and said i needed to talk to the nanager (Nathan). When i tried to explain to Nathan that i m just trying to figure out which location to place my order in, he hung up on me! Please note that i was not yelling or being disrespectful in any way. So i have no idea why it was ok to hang up on a customer. I really hope they dont get paid more than the minimum wage.

major methadone area of town, so I wonder if they're high or just don't really value their job there's always an excuse like the oven was broke they were short of drivers then they shouldn't probably be taking orders like that we're taking money , they took the money off my credit card we waited for hours and hours finally after the pizza should have been there 20 minutes before the order on the papa track said it was completed !!!!!!!! the money was took the order was completed but yet we got no pizza this is the second time in a row that we waited until about midnight for our food and we didn't get it at all from the same location and it will be the last I'm done with Papa John's it's so sad we don't have very many pizzerias in our neighborhood so our options are slim but I'll go without before I go for this BS
