They redid our basement and were outstanding! They were communicative, posting photos daily of the work that was accomplished, stayed on time, and did amazing work! All their workers are trustworthy- we have two young kids so trust was a necessity! I couldnt recommend them enough- we love the space they transformed for us! Seeing the results of our newly renovated kitchen and realizing it was everything we had hoped for is an extraordinary feeling. Every choice we made, to every dollar we spent, and the kitchen remodeling process we lived through were well worth it. D & D Remodeling / Dylan Shaffer and his team did an outstanding job. Our goal for our kitchen was to update the appliances, the counter tops, backsplash, and the lighting. We left the existing cabinets in place. As we reached the point where we had to make selections, Dylan was a life saver! He patiently coaxed out our thoughts and preferences on everything from counter tops, tile to cabinet handles. We ended up with a design that we absolutely love. Dylan was always there to listen and help with making sure we were happy with the results. Timing was perfect, they started when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. Material was on the jobsite before they started and there were no delays. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen; the finishes and products are beautiful, and the project came out fantastic.

D&D totally blew me away with what they were able to accomplish in my bathroom and guest room! I primarily worked with Dylan M. and Sophia each day on site, and Dylan S. in the months leading up to the job start, but the entire team was so incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through each step of the process, and Ive never felt more comfortable with a crew. My house was built in 1885, and although part of the space in our now bathroom had been added on more recently, it was a literal dirt pit with no subfloor, zero plumbing, basically no interior foundation, no insulation, and needed new structural/framing in some segments, walls, new electrical, etc., when D&D agreed to take on the challenge. On top of that, I asked them for what I thought were some outlandish requests - for an original window that was crooked to remain but be reframed to appear less crooked, for original beadboard to be reused, for a truly custom shower with a bench and two non matching rain showers, for a towel warmer bar from Europe to be installed, and for custom trim and casing to be made to look vintage for the tallest pocket doors we could find - and they nailed it, poor souls! After more than two years of searching for a company who could build it, they were truly the only one I found who I trusted. I cant stress enough how skilled and detailed their artistry is, or how patient they are when issues or delays arise. I am beyond grateful that they agreed to take on what felt, to me, like an impossible dream, and hope I get the opportunity to hire them again in the future. My bathroom is seriously exquisite - Thank you, THANK YOU! (I will add photos to this review once they become available so you can all see for yourselves)
