Very happy with our new pond. Ryan and the guys were great to work with. Took care of our space and did a beautiful job.

These guys installed a small, very expensive water feature for me. It started leaking, they sent someone out and he declared it was fixed. It kept leaking about 4-5 gallons a day, and they now say that is "normal". I had to keep contacting them over and over to even get them to respond. I will get a real company to come fix this mess.

This was a very challenging year with our pond and Colorado Pond Pros really stepped up. They helped us get through it and brought back our pond to a better state. Cant recommend them enough.

I'm confused by these good reviews. The company came by to fix our fountain that had worked for years but didn't quite work right after we installed a new pump. It's a simple fountain, so we were confident professionals could help. We were told it might be two things, but they only fixed one of the two & the fountain wasn't functioning again in 2 days. They failed to return multiple of my calls & eventually stopped answering the calls altogether. Finally, I went into their store. I was treated nicely and was told that the owner would come by personally. The guy that came by wasn't necessarily rude but was definitely cold to us. He also only fixed the problem for two days. I am very disappointed in pond pros & would not recommend them to a friend. There's really no real reason they couldn't fix the pump on our simple stone fountain- except that they wanted to sell us one of their fountains.
