    Omg i been trying for days to reserve a weekly room. I am traveling and needed to secure the rooms for a large group of people l. The guy nick is rude and answers the phone hello. No apple inn so i have no idea if i got the business or a wrong number. I asked the price for a weekly room and he said i could get it when i get there. Wth. I am not giving my credit card info to some random person. And do you have weekly rooms or not. Im sorry i yave rented from this place for years but it looks like its more like a dumpy meth hotel like the ones across the street. I guess new management does not care about losing business. Smh

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay at your establishment. I found the staff's behavior to be disrespectful and lacking in basic human decency. My experience was far from pleasant and I would not wish it upon anyone. The manager seemed to have an issue with me having guests, showing disrespect to all who visited. In an inappropriate attempt to ensure no one else was in my room, he intruded on my girlfriend's privacy while she was in the shower. This was not only disrespectful, but also a gross violation of privacy. Additionally, I emailed about maintenance issues that were never resolved. I ended up purchasing my own microwave on top of the outrageous bills that to this day no one has told me what they were for. I barely left my room so Im not sure of the dangers youre referring to. I was subjected to frequent eviction threats, with the manager visiting my room 13 times and other front desk staff 4 times. The police were called on me six times over the presence of guests, creating an intimidating and hostile environment. No arrests were ever made so this further proves a pre-prejudice. As a person of color, I felt discriminated against. I was served an eviction notice and a notice to quit, but no formal eviction was filed, presumably because it would not have held up in court. The staff harassed me at every opportunity, speaking to me in a manner that was both unprofessional and personal. As a disabled veteran with PTSD and other mental health issues, this treatment was particularly distressing. My caregiver and other helpers were made to feel unwelcome, further exacerbating the situation. One staff member even expressed her dislike for me to one of my guests, stating how glad she was that my stay would soon be over. This level of disrespect is unacceptable in any setting, let alone a hospitality service. The staff's behavior has left me with a negative impression of people in positions of authority over housing situations. I am now reluctant to purchase monthly stays at hotels due to this experience. I was charged exorbitant amounts for alleged damages, for which I was never provided a receipt. False allegations were made about drug use and other serious matters, further tarnishing my experience. Making these sort of allegations without proof is a trial without due process. In conclusion, I hope that no one else has to endure such an unpleasant experience under your establishment's authority. The treatment I received was less than humane and far from the standard expected of a hospitality service.     It sounds like a lot of the motels around Denver area needs new managers to clean and run some of these places. These reviews speak loudly yes some people are nice but a lot is not to happy with their situation. Noteworthy details: I see your reviews so we would not waste time nor money.

    Rooms are decent but there's no AC, the heater runs way too hot even on the lowest setting. Hot water can be an issue at certain times. The walls are pretty thin, and the highway is really loud. Most annoyingly though, when i checked in i was told the wifi was great and they pay for fiber speeds. Only to find out its outdated wifi that doesnt support anywhere near fiber speeds and seems to only use a few range extenders, so the connection is very inconsistent. Cant even watch a low quality video without waiting every 30 seconds. Other than that staff is nice and reasonable so its alright. Just tired of going places and finding out the hard way that the internet is barely useable.
