Mark is a knowledgeable professional. We went from start to closing in just 2 months, all without having to visit him at all. Everything was done online, but communication between us was always to the point. I only had the pleasure to meet the man who handled my mortgage at the closing. Would recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage.

All I can say is run, and run fast. Find any other mortgage lender you possibly can. RHF does not care about their clients in the least. Stay far away from Mark Lombardo, as well. Especially if you are looking to use a VA loan. Mark clearly has no experience in VA's despite his "25+ years experience." After I stated how displeased and disgusted my husband and I were with Mark, RHF said they would reach out to us to make things right, and never did. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else.

Mark was top notch when it came time for my wife and I to get approved for a mortgage. He was there every step of the way and then went above and beyond (truly!) to get us the absolute best rate possible. Mark was kind, courteous, professional, (very) knowledgeable, and to top it off, has a great sense of humor to help take the edge off on a rather nerveracking life decision.
