        I've stayed at this hotel several times for work (not by choice), and most of the rooms do not have a functional heater. They need to do some serious work on the HVAC units. The manager is useless, but the other employees do the best they can.

        ~70% of the lobby and restaurant/bar was under active construction. Literally started jackhammering at 7pm only 5 feet away from me when trying to have a drink and appetizer. No warning about the extensive construction when booking whatsoever. If my room had been on the 2nd floor above that, I would have demanded a refund or disputed the charge on my credit card. Hallway absolutely wrecked of cigarettes. Wifi, phones & key cards went totally dark for over an hour. Super loud people in the halls at midnight as well. Manager seemed to be working hard, but easily my worst hotel experience.
