Imelda and Ivan did a thorough and good job cleaning up water damaged to my finished basement, removing wet/damaged Sheetrock and fiberglass insulation. They placed a barrier between the undamaged section of the finished basement, preventing dust and mold spores spreading to the rest of the house. Very clean basement remediation. Thank you Imelda and Ivan. And thank you Mark for all the good advice you provided me on next steps to repairing the basement and preventing future ground water seepage.
