My review was requested from Sage. You may not want it but here it goes. I'm still in the process of documenting all the damage your crew caused. It's very extensive. From so much of my things you moved to the walls and doors of my new house we've been working so hard on to move in. Now we have to repair our new house and paint all over again and will have to replace my dryer and many other things and will have to somehow live with the severe damage to our steel fridge, washer, wood furniture, broken bed and the list goes on. Your company will be getting a lengthy list. You kicked my box downstairs, you slid my washer which has heavy damage on its front down my basement stairs to name a few. Just tossed and dumped my property. Not to mention a few if not all were high. I could go on but this is a good portion of it. I'm really not happy. I was rushed by your crew that day so now I've had time to actually see the horror of my property. When I'm done opening boxes I'll be reporting all of this. So no I don't recommend. I usually try to see the best but couldn't this time.

My review is well overdue! I am sharing exactly what I shared with Amanda Pocevic (Operations Manager) who was fantastic, and set my expectaion for this experience, however instead I was disappointed. I shared the following with Amanda, but did not receive a response, which was also disappointing. 1) The team was clearly experienced, espcially the younger of the two was fantastic, he carried the majority of the load, and whose energy exhaused me! However the other mover had such a severe foot or ankle injury, was in constant pain, it was actually difficult to watch. But worked inspite of the pain as much as he could. 2) I walked the movers through everything that required placement in the containers, however after leaving realized they missed placing the washer and dryer in the garage, as well packaging a large painting and medium 3 mirrors - which I told the injured gentlemen 3 times, and washer and dryer needed placement in the containers (already wrapped). And so I called the office, shared the descrepency, that im closing tomorrow afternoon and must have items moved in advance. But was told due to the companies busy schedule, Ill have to wait until tomorrow morning to see if arrangments can be made. I unfrotuantly dont have the luxury of wait and see, so Im now forced to spend additional dollars and hire someone else to complete the work, who can guarantee I can be accomodated tomorrow. On top of it all, the home is a mess! it rained and though some level of mess is to be expected, but to not pick up behind themselves was very disappointng.
