I really love it here! Moved here a few months ago, and the whole place is nice and quiet. It is also a very dog-friendly community, with plenty of grassy areas for dogs to go to the bathroom and an activity area. If you're a ground floor unit, you might catch fellow residents (some with dogs in tow) walking past your patio area, so if you really prioritize privacy, you might want an above unit. Like any apartment you may hear the people above you, but that's to be expected at times. Other than that, everyone I've come across here has been super friendly. Mercedes, in the leasing office, is absolutely amazing! She is quick to respond to any concerns or problems if I have them and was very patient when getting me set up to move in. Maintenence has also been quick to respond to any issues. I highly recommend moving here if you need.a place to stay!

Moved to Town Place in February from out-of-state. From the beginning of the process, the office staff was attentive and helpful. Although there were "normal" move in issues, the maintenance staff was extremely accomodating and continue to be whenever a small issue arises. Our experience has been that most residents are outgoing and friendly. The gym and pool area are clean and inviting and the staff here often plan monthly activities to enhance the resident experience. All in all, we are happy to be here.

I lived at Town Place Apartments in Middletown, CT for 16 months and moved to be closer to work. While there the management was very responsive, maintenance was always quick and efficient, no matter when the problem. (Why does the air conditioning only shut down on a Sunday? Didnt matter, maintenance took care of it right away!) When it came time to move (2 months before my lease expired) management was able to rent my unit and get me a closing statement telling me how much my security deposit refund would be on the day I left! Really efficient and nice people. I recommend the complex! BTW: the pool is really nice and always crystal clear. Chris
