Im an HVAC contractor and pride myself in doing all of my own repairs and never hiring a contractor. I got myself into a jam and had to call the pros. I called Hicks and shortly after they had a crew of guys in my basement making the repairs. The guys were quick, tidy and friendly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Ive worked with them twice now and will keep going back. Theyre thorough, fair and communicate often. About a year ago, a slow draining kitchen sink turned into a much bigger job. He was thorough and kept troubleshooting until he found the source, excellent job addressing everything. He was able to accommodate a visit within two days of calling, communicated when he was on the way and explained what he found and how he fixed it.

I cannot say enough positive things about Hicks! We called them for a leaky kitchen faucet fixture and they came within a couple of hours and easily resolved the issue as well as recommended steps to take to prevent it from happening in the future. They were very transparent on cost to replace the sink and other fixtures we had questions about and provided several helpful recommendations for obtaining additional information before making a decision.
