FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I recently used FedEx in Shelton and would rate my experience as a 4 out of 5 stars. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the shipping process manageable. Although the wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, the prices were on par with other shipping services. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, while I wouldn't make a special trip to use this location again, it would be a solid choice if the need arises in the future.

Worst place to go to .The lady who helped me messed up the address for the receiver and I got my shipment back after 3 weeks also I had to pay $800.00 for nothin .

If you want to send international mail, dont go to this FedEx office. I just sent a common document and it took two hours to send it. He asked me to get the AES number. After calling a lot of companies, the conclusion can be used ( No EEI 30.37 (a) Shipments with a value of USD 2,500 or less per Schedule B/HTSUSA that are shipped from one USPPI to one consignee of a single export carrier within one day are exempt. ) But the service staff still didn't understand how to operate, and they told me any mail stores need require All this number. Finally, I tried to go to usp and it took 10 minutes to complete. The price is much cheaper. No need F**k(AEs codes) I want to say that unprofessional people did unprofessional thing. It is really bad .Don't want to go to this store.Fire

Error but I'll keep the 5 stars. I've been coming here for over 20 years. Some stores are still around, some stores have closed and many new ones have open. This only gets better as time goes on even with the covid19 pandemic. Check it out there's got to be at least one store you like here in the Connecticut Post Mall. Or you can just hang around and be a mall rat, that was fun too.
