        We found a leak in our basement ceiling and called RestoPros of Fairfield County. Zach and his team quickly responded, came to our house and identified the root cause of the issue in our kitchen. They were able to remove all wet drywall / floor, refer us to a terrific plumber, and restore our kitchen and basement back to new. I would highly recommend RestoPros to anyone with water, smoke, or fire damage in their home!

        Zack and his crew were amazing! They were considerate, respectful and explained everything as the process evolved. I felt very comfortable having them in my home, with the whole process taking over a week, as we had a major water leak in our crawlspace due to broken pipes. But they were thorough and didn't leave until everything was clean and dry. They also helped with dealing with the insurance company and securing an asbestos abatement company that was needed. I completely recommend Zack and his team.

He was professional, knowledgeable and insightful regarding the damage as well as the insurance process. Their crew did the demo and handled the drying process like pros. They did a great job ensuring our home stayed clean throughout the entire process. Zachs team was on point with the insurance process and kept us in the loop with updates.
