        I have been living at Rosewood of Franklin Communities for 5 years. It is a lovely community as a downsize from a larger home. A mix of friendly folks of all generations and many different countries. The owners manage wonderfully. Any included repairs are quickly responded to in a very timely manor. Their employees friendly and courteous. The property is nicely maintained. Although it could be better visually. However, every warm season a big project is done to maintain the exterior. Rent prices have increased but have everywhere. As a local Realtor I see the surrounding area. This is the best place with pets allowed, green space, private garages and convenience to everywhere.

        My wife and I love living at Rosewood Condos. We have been here for 6 years and plan to stay long term. Everyone on staff is helpful, kind and responsive. Joanna in particular has been extremely helpful as we are currently transitioning to a bigger unit within the complex! Highly recommend living at Rosewood Condos! From the staff to the community of neighbors, it feels like home here.

        I have been living at Rosewood since November 2022. My move in was seamless and fast thanks to Tim and his maintenance staff cleaning and prepping my unit so quickly. Since I have moved in, any maintenance request I put in either directly to Tim or to Joanna, is fixed within 24 hours. Joanna ALWAYS responds to my emails and even came to my unit herself one day to fix something for me. The property is kept clean, there is never any dog waste around and it is well maintained. The pool had one issue and the entire staff worked so quickly and efficiently to have the pool open on time. Tim and Joanna are friendly, hard workers who truly care about their residents. I cannot say enough great things about the Rosewood property and team. If you are looking for a beautiful condo, look no further!

Our condos offer a range of spacious floor plans ranging from 1087 square feet up to 1950 square feet. We offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans. Each home has an attached one car garage, patio space, unfinished basement, and washer/dryer hook-up.
