        10/10 experience at F45 Shelton! The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in helping members achieve their fitness goals. The owner puts his heart and soul into every single aspect of the gym for the members and it shows each time you walk into the gym, get an F45 Shelton email, or attend a F45 Shelton outing. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting, and the supportive atmosphere makes every session enjoyable yet challenging. Ive been a member for over a year and make the drive from Milford/West Haven because I love it so much. Highly recommend!

        10/10 recommend F45 Shelton! Not only are the workouts effective, but the trainers are highly motivating and their energy is infectious! The owner, Damian, is incredibly involved with the community and is constantly checking in on everyone. It makes the early wake up calls worth it!
