Tremendous accommodating staff that constantly made us, and more importantly, our three year old daughter, feel safe, secure and welcome. We recently moved to the area from California, and translations are hard for anyone, especially little ones. The staff made our daughter feel at home in a new daycare right away, and that was evident with the daily updates we received from the caring and attentive staff there. Has our highest endorsement for daycare in the area.

I'm ending an epic run of almost 11 years at Bright Horizons Long Ridge that has seen all three of my children enrolled. The center has truly been a second home for my family and prepared everyone for a successful transition to Elementary school. The center remains open in crazy weather (yes, even during Hurricane Sandy) and I know I can count on them to keep my little ones safe and entertained. The space itself is bright, open, warm and welcoming. I am sad that I won't see the friendly faces of all the staff daily anymore but will certainly be back for backup care throughout the year.

We love LRBH! The staff has been incredible - very attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive - just all around good people to work with. The curriculum exceeds expectations - there is a major difference in engagement & learning at BH compared to other centers we have attended. Trust is also another big reason I'd highly recommend this center (or any Bright Horizons for that matter) - Throughout COVID, the center has been diligent in following protocols and minimizing exposure of risk. This was a huge sell for us as working parents. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for your little ones!!

As a first time mom, I was torn between the decision to send my 3 month old to full time daycare vs. hiring a nanny to give her one-on-one care. I have no regrets after her experience at Bright Horizons Long Ridge. From day one I knew that she was in good hands in the Infant room with Melissa, Christina, and all the other staff. They were so in tune with her needs, and helped us through all the big transitions like starting solids, dropping naps, using sippy cups, and napping on a cot instead of crib as she got older. They even taught her sign language which helped a lot at home! With their guidance she reached all her milestones with flying colors and had a seamless transition to the toddler room when the time came. Her interactions with the other children in the classroom were positive for her development as well. Overall I cant recommend this program enough, my daughter loved going to school here and will miss it now that we moved to a new town!

When our primary center had to extend campus closure at the beginning of the Fall term, we connected with The Long Ridge Road Enrichment Center ( a Bright Horizons Campus) as an alternate. The LRR team has been welcoming; from our son's initial introduction to the facility, they have kept us well informed of how he was transitioning to a new campus and classroom. The team has done a great job of developing and sustaining a strong partnership with parents. That parent partnership has extended beyond the initial introduction as teachers set up Zoom sessions to virtually tour the classroom, and they could continue dialogue with us as parents around upcoming programming and events. LRR has also done a great job fostering strong communication with families throughout this challenging time with COVID to keep us up to date on any impacts to the facility, staff, and/or classrooms. This communication has given us confidence that we are well informed, and our son is well cared for at this facility. Thanks for the continued communication and partnership!
