Over the past year I've tried to contact them through scheduling meetings via phone, email, and filling out their "schedule a consultation" page on their website but communication is very poor. It would take weeks for them to email me back and every time I call it goes to voicemail which they don't return. They were recommended to me by a relative and I was eager to work with them but due to their lack of communication now and reading other reviews it makes me worried about getting responses and staying up to date on them processing my taxes if I did work with them. At this point, I've given up on hearing back from them and am going to find another tax professional.

I was saved in 2020 and decided to go elsewhere but used Erin for my 2021 filing year which I deeply regret. Never in my life have I owed taxes before this year and whats comical is this return I have two dependents. When I asked why we owe or what was filed we received disrespect and told we could get a refund which is her admitting to incompetence. Even earning more as a single person I got a return, what she did makes no sense. I was able to google more credits and deductions that she left out. We didnt even have a consultation to discuss our situation which everyone does by standard even HR block, and theyre not charging $400

I had a horrible experience with Erin two years in a row. I'm amazed anyone who treats their clients this way can continue to run a business. I followed up multiple times to get a simple response and had to threaten moving my business to finally get on her radar. She barely made the deadline for the tax return both years, but left no time for questions or discussion. I gave her a pass in 2020 because she had explained that she was negatively impacted by COVID-19, but 2021 was the same story. Lastly, she struggled to reconcile the big swing in my return from year to year. I literally went line by line to figure out what was driving the change. All I got was the final number with zero explanation on the "why". Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Erin sent me an email saying she filed my taxes in May, the day they were due. (After ignoring several emails of me asking how they were coming along). Since then, it has been close to impossible to get her to respond to an email. I have scheduled phone meetings which she sends straight to voicemail, then sends an email thanking me for my time. After more than 6 months, she finally told me that she needs my direct deposit information to file my taxes, but now it is too late to file electronically. She not only lied about originally filing them in May, but also refused to answer some of my other tax questions which has resulted in over $800 of late fees from the IRS. It is also now too late to file my taxes electronically, so my return has been delayed even more. I will be bringing my business to a more professional CPA for my taxes in the years to come.
