Patrick is the best! Second to none. He was my first choice and will always be. He worked with my sister years ago and did a wonderful job for her also. We used Patrick Combs for the sale of our North Haven home. We HIGHLY recommend Patrick Combs! Right off the bat he was very knowledgeable about comps in the area and what he thinks he could get for our home. We easily agreed to his initial asking price. He did an open house the first weekend the house was on the market, and we received two offers, both which came up to asking. We were thrilled it was such a fast and easy process!
