I used this business for the first time. It was for my grandfathers funeral. I ordered the day prior and when I saw the wreath that was ordered, it was absolutely perfect. This business did an excellent job. Had an affordable price and I would highly recommend.

Orchids and Branches Flowers is the best! Some of the most beautiful and unique flowers you can find. Affordable price and wonderful people/customer service. Would recommend this gem to anyone!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! One-sided arrangement, flowers DEAD within 5days, red vase scratched through to the clear glass and HORRIBLE customer service. Before posting this review I sent 3 emails over the course of a week to this florist - with absolutely no response, literal crickets. The roses and lilies in my 'premium' Valentine's Day arrangement arrived with brown spots and sadly started dying on Day 2 - even the filler greens were dried out and crispy. The whole arrangement was gone by Day 5. Not to mention the arrangement came in a scratched vase and flowers were only in the front - I had to put it in a corner!! I absolutely love fresh flowers and my SO has flowers delivered to me ALL the time so I know what to expect and how to take care of my arrangements. We originally thought these came from The Orchid Florist (loved/used them regulary for over 20 years and so sad to hear they closed) via online ordering so I responded to the email that was sent asking for a review as I wanted to give them an opportunity to address the situation before leaving a negative review! I post reviews regularly and have never felt the need to leave a negative one - until now.
