        Outstanding customer experience at Park Rd, West Hartford, CT office. From start to finish Taylor & Keanu were professional, timely, informative and friendly. I can't say enough positive about them. I will definitely use this office for my car renting needs in the future.         Rented twice in recent weeks from west Hartford. The first was terrific. Start to finish. The second was east as far as paperwork etc, but the car STUNK from weed. Really awful. I had a deadline to meet for an appointment and didnt have time to switch cars out. Sent an email once I got back, never got a reply.
