We have used Guranteef Rate three times and all three times John and his team have been exceptional. The process is tiresome but they make it so easy. I highly recommend John Hodgkins!

Working with John Hodgkins and his team was the best experience I have ever had with a mortgage lender! The process is clear and he is very communicative throughout the process .
