Derwin helped me through the process. It was the first time I changed insurance company for my Home, so it was a bit confusing. But Derwin assured me everything was going to be ok, and he was right. He answered all my questions, took time to run through all the paperwork with me and all through the phone. I didn't have to come in at all, that's a big plus for me. Derwin was knowledgeable of the products and services State farm offers. He was kind, patient, didn't run through it fast, and very easy to talk to. He offered me discounts if I added my auto insurance, I was a bit hesitant since I've been with the other company for over 15 years. But he made it so easy to transition. I'm so glad I called, it saved me close to $1,000. All with Derwins help. I highly recommend him.
