Always a great experience here. India in the brow section helped me look for a palette even gave me some great honest recommendations on different brands based on her experience and pointed me in the right direction. She was personable and very helpful

Very rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a simple haircut with Rebecca, she called an hour before asking me to come in early - I said no, she was immediately short & rude. Then, 15 minutes before my appointment, her coworker calls to cancel for her saying she was sick. Its obvious she was lying, wanted to get off work early, and doesnt care about other peoples time. I usually love Ulta salons, but will not be returning. Rebecca could have had the courtesy to cancel on me herself.

Your typical Ulta store but the ladies in the perfume and cover-up section are so nice! Helped match the makeup to my skin and helped me find products. I felt very special being helped for so long and not feeling rushed. I did get my haircut here a while back and that was a terrible experience so don't use the salon here
