Amazing dry cleaning service. they make you feel as good as the clean dry cleaned garments they hand you back. Very easy and simple process, very convenient and affordable service. I highly recommend Dryclean Depot.

I had a wonderful experience with this company they came and picked up my queen size bed topper because I wasn't able to drop it off, and when I picked it up it looked brand new. They was very nice and I will definitely use them again.

I really liked this place until I dropped off a wool Peacoat that I had bought off of eBay. When I got the jacket back it was missing a button and instead of owning up to it they tried to tell me that I gave it to them with the button missing. No, I check all my items I purchase off of eBay just for issues like that because then I would have returned it back to the seller or worked out some sort of resolution. Luckily I had a before picture that showed all the buttons were there before leaving it with them. They miraculously found the button and got it back on. I let that incident go and continued to use their service but then I dropped off a 100% wool sweater that my mother, who had recently passed, had hand knitted. I wanted to get the sweater dry cleaned since it had probably been in her closet for years. I told them the story about the sweater, that she had hand knitted it and how much the sweater meant to me. When I got the sweater back it was all stretched out and where the connection was at the neck was pulling apart to where the yarn was splitting. They did nothing to compensate me for the damage to this precious item. They are a fly by night cleaning operation and do not seem to know about dry cleaning, customer service or how to run a business. I gave them way too many chances and they failed too many times. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for, Just do not take anything of value to them because if they mess it up they do not own up to it! Service: Organic dry cleaning
