Nice place, clean, fairly new facility. Bed was comfortable. And the price was decent (Priceline). But I went down in the morning 5:45 and the coffee was cold and tasted like it wasn't fresh. Most hotels put out morning coffee early for people who need to go early. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 but I walked by at 6:10 and it wasn't out.

Ebenezer & Leila were welcoming my first night and were a great help throughout my stay. All the staff did a great job. There was a warm cookie/brownie blend to greet you. The room was spotless and the bath had the best layout Ive encountered on this trip. The walk-in shower was a perfect set up. The shower was so easy to dial to get great water pressure when washing my hair. Then you can easily dial back to a relaxing shower. The controls were opposite the showerhead, so no wet head or freezing water in order to get it started. There was a hook right outside the door for your towel and another behind the door. It was also the first bath with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for 3 days, so I did not have to remember back up while showering. A big plus was the chair-height toilet. There was a nice refrigerator/microwave station, so I could reheat leftovers. The desk was large and laid out well for working. It is the best desk chair to date. Not fabric, so you can sanitize it, and held the height setting. I liked the hooks on the wall and on the closet for clothes/jackets. Breakfast was great, except for the oatmeal that was a bit clumpy, but they had great toppings. There was a variety of hot egg/meat offerings the different days and a nice yogurt and bread selection. The woman who maintains breakfast does such a great job. She even mentioned she was getting ready to break it down, so you had a chance to top off anything before she closed it up. I enjoyed the inside pool, which was nicely kept up. The location is close to a number of restaurants and stores. Will stay again, if I am in the area. Safety: I felt very safe in the area, including when I returned late one night.

This hotel is lovely and everything is brand new. Beautifully designed. The service of the management was beyond excellent. I am grateful to the hotel manager for assisting me with a health difficulty. He was very kind. Ill be back here on my way to and from the Outer Banks of NC. This hotel is conveniently located near the main highway with all the national chain restaurants and stores right there. And, you can use Uber Eats if you just want to relax in your room. Loved it! Oh! Huge TV with all my news channels (wont say which ones lol) and Hallmark, sports etc! Rooms: Our room was lovely with a window blind that looked like a wooded backyard. Very current furnishings including the bathroom. Safety: Solid safet, room doors. Nice shopping area with chain stores. Food & drinks: Did not have any but plenty of places in and around the hotel
