I took my daughter here. This store is very clean and the staff are helpful. They are expensive but they carry better brands.

Tamaris!!!!!! His Aura is EVERYTHING!!! The knowledge, energy, style, you name it! Its because of the him and his high recommendations that I even gave Ulta another chance. As a woman of color, I swore Ulta off because of my Dover, Delaware experience. Not that they werent kind, they just couldnt relate to my complex skin and they arent to blame. Again, Im glad that I listened to that hype and gave my guy a try!!!

I go there a few times just to purchase body moisturizer. Today I went in there and I needed help and the girls name was Latece. She was very snappy at me when I asked for help and there was 3 girls at register 2 customers. So I needed face cream and she basically was being very condescending towards me telling me Im in the drugstore isle and how much am I wanting to spend. Basically belittling me making me feel like I dont have the money to spend that Im poor. So she really didnt help me. So I picked what I wanted and went to check out and told the cashier that they need to relearn to talk to customers properly. She gave me attitude and I told her where to go and how to get there. I will be heading over there in the morning to talk to a General Manager. I myself work in retail and I have NEVER talked like that to anyone.
