i had a horrible and unprofessional experience, and never even managed to get seen for an appointment. i had an initial psychiatric appointment scheduled, and after filling out their new patient paperwork that obnoxiously reiterates their no-tolerance cancellation policy, was waiting in the telehealth virtual waiting room. after about 20 minutes of waiting, i called the main number for thriveworks, asking where Eric Neba was. the person who answered the phone couldnt even contact the provider either! instead, they just apologized and rescheduled my initial appointment. to this day: no explanation for what happened. they claim to understand how much of a big step it is to schedule therapy. after amping myself up for this first psychiatric appointment: no one ever answered. later, i called back and cancelled my appointment and membership with thriveworks, as i was utterly disappointed. however, they decided to charge my credit card for another month of their membership! ive left two voice messages, and they cant bother to return my calls. for a facility who is emphatic about cancellation fees, the fact that they cannot return my call about MY money shows how absolute little respect they have for me, my time, or my finances. also, theyre unable to prescribe stimulants (such as adderall) or benzos (xanax) and will NOT disclose that clearly and up front until you pay their membership fee. if you respect and value your time, and have had experience with psychiatrists and therapists before: save your time and energy. this place is not worth jumping through all the hoops, the disrespect, and the very basic/entry level mental health care.

Lisa Brooks has been my counselor for about 6 months or so. As it was my first time speaking to a counselor, I was nervous, but Lisa put me at ease. She is extremely friendly, supportive and flexible with my schedule. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist!

Lisa Brooks has been our marriage counselor for about 6 months, and she has even seen us individually a few times. She has tremendously helped us through some times we didn't think we would make it through. She's prompt, friendly, and very accommodating for scheduling. We would HIGHLY recommend Lisa to any person/couple!

Dr. Hend is simply wonderful and shes very nice, sweet and very funny. We connected right away.
