James was very helpful with answering my questions about how and what type of water pump I should get. He even sent two of his guys to come to my house to make sure that I had measured my well casing right. Super nice people and very friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you have questions about your water pumps or need a pump system also call them . Thank you James for all your help and advice you gave me.

I had a leak at our pump. With 5 kids it is a disaster not having water. I called 1st thing Sunday morning and they had someone here in an hour. Great service and reasonable prices for emergency afterhours services. I highly recommend this company. The service tech Dewey was very nice and had us up and going in no time.

Dewey and Rob were quick and professional with our outside leak at the control box.The parts , labor and service call were covered under the company's warranty so there was no charge at all. I'm so glad we picked this company to replace our well pump and upgraded to a continuous flow system . I would highly recommend this company. The lady who takes the off hours calls is also very professional and caring.

I would recommend this company. The secretary "Beverly" was cheerful and set me right up for an appointment. The tech did what he needed to do with no problems. Clean, efficient, and kind. Hard to find a reputable company with good staff and techs. Good job Crystal Pump! I thank you.

We Called Crystal Pump Repair this morning and they arrived within an hour. Wow !!!! What service. . Repairman Tim showed up with a trainee and they were very knowledgeable, fast and explained all that was wrong and what they had to repair. Lighting had hit our pump and they even suggested a surge protector on it so we did. Something we didn't know that could be done. They were patient and explained things. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again.
