        Yesterday I received a lovely mail from management threaten me to take the unsanitary trash bin inside my apartment after trash butler picked up the trash. I can only put the trash out certain hours from 5-7pm and after that I need to take the unsanitary trash bin inside my apartment. Otherwise, I will get fines and lease termination plus two months rent for the lease termination. I went to talk to Dante, the manager but he didnt care if the schedule for trash picks up will work with my schedule because I work 12 hours shifts. I cannot put my trash out at 5 pm. I leave home to work at 8:30 am and wont get home until 10 pm. The trash schedule is suitable if you work from 8am to 5 pm. But not for everyone. The manager does not care if your schedule will work with their rules but they want to charge $30 for trash service even if you have to bring your trash to the garage compactor yourself. Anyway, I am not renewing my lease. Good luck if you want to lease apartment here. We have a problem with cockroaches often. Every night I have to cover my sink with the cover so the cockroaches dont climb out from the pipes. If I can give a zero star for the review, I will do that.

        It is more like living in Guantnamo Bay, than Coquina Bay - being tortured with 16 hours of noise each day. Although they have quiet hours from 10 PM, they violate these themselves with a pretty noisy water fountain which runs until 1a.m. and they keep ignoring my complaints ( I cant sleep!!!). They also seem to be more focused on a shiny facade and good marketing than on their inhabitants well-being.
