They got me in the same day and started on the car upon my arrival. Both items were done right. My Detroit Lions were on TV (and winning) in the waiting area. It was a good visit.

My team person was very pleasant and helpful. I was in the old building waiting and he came to take me to the new building. My service was completed promptly as well.

Don't buy a Car in Florida unless you have no other option. This dealership just as all others in the state are fee/add-on heavy with unreal markups , do your research and Don't trust any of them, remember you had to earn Your money. I visited this dealership months ago just to see if they changed ,nope. Talked with Internet sales manager and with confidence he informed me that I would have to add an additional 1k to the price of the vehicle (the only Honda dealer to mention that within 300miles) if I financed outside of Honda, so in other words penalizedfor being responsible with credit let's just say I was Done after that, next he and another sales person tried to cut my original sales person out of the process, which I shared with my sales person on that being cutthroat. Trust your instincts and above all buy OUTSIDE of FLORIDA.
