To be honest I dont where to start they where supposed to send paperwork in to the court to stop the garnishment of 25% to do a agreement garnishment amount and they say the sent it all in over a month ago here it is now they are still taking 25% and blaming the court for everything say they waiting on a judge to sign it. Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service. One person helps you out the next says another thing to not help out. Unbelievable. Tried to call to settle my debt but they cant help because according to them I have an attorney on file. Few months back I was helped since I literally dont have an attorney but now apparently I do which isnt true. Then whoever answers gets upset and gives you a stupid response like if they getting upset. So find a job you dont deal with people if you cant answer questions without an attitude.
