Coastline Orthodontics - Jacksonville South

This place is great, amazing, and very talented doctors. I was a candidate for surgery so i had to get braces. The orthodontist was the one who put on the braces and the surgeon was the one who performed surgery. The surgeon was blown away at how well the ortho aligned the teeth so thats a professional testament to their excellent work. ALTHOUGH i will say, they take foreverrrr to see you. I usually wait an additional 20-35 minutes every time i went in for a visit

Coastline Orthodontics was great they were highly professional and always took their time to make sure we understood everything that was going on step by step. All the staff that we meet was also very kind and polite our whole experience was great.

I believe its time for whoever is in charge of this place to understand that we cannot take our kids out of school every time they have an appointment, god forbid if you have to cancel they push you to the next month. There is a new office in St. Johns but there are no appointments available either. Maybe its time to start working Fridays or late appointments, something needs to be done especially if you want to take so many patients. Show some care for the patient and not just be a money-making machine. I have known very well this place since 2018 because it's my daughter's second time getting braces in the same place and for every single appointment I have to take her out of school, it was okay when she was in middle school but not now that she is a high school student.
