Prestige Portraits

Just went in for a basic yearbook package ($15) but my daughter had soo much fun! Several backgrounds to choose from, accessories, and they allowed me, Mom, to take pics with my phone! Icing on cake, we were able to take a Polaroid pic home with us as a souvenir!

We had our senior photos done at the beginning of august. TODAY!! I am just finding out that they need to do a reshoot because the edits on ALL of her photos are so bad. They put a purple filter on my child. Her hair, the background, everything is a purple hue. I have talked to 3 different people before today that have told me that they would fix the photos. Today I found out there was no way to fix all of the photos and that the best option would be a reshoot. My senior had her hair and nails done before the shoot to be sure she had the most professional and perfect photos. We got the worst possible edits along with the worst possible customer service. I am dreading ever having to work with prestige again. They messed up terribly with an edit, then gave me false information about the edits for an entire month before we were informed to do a reshoot because they couldnt edit every single photo.
