I have been in the Telecom industry since 1977 and I know the industry better than most. I rarely ever give reviews, but this recent interaction with PC Liquidators really raised my blood pressure I have dealt with PC Liquidators for a number of years and have been pleased until today. I ordered three NEC SL1100 phones because this is a discontinued Product. I called a week ago spoke with a rep who I clearly mentioned what I needed and the gave skus I received the parts only one phone was correct the other two were for the newer 2100 system so not compatible with the 1100 system. So I called back and talked to the first agent that took the call. I explained the issue clearly and mentioned my frustration / he said the two in phones that were wrong he would take back however the correct phones were twice as much as quoted a week prior. I asked for a manager. I was on hold for about 20 Min until a sales manager picked up. At this point I was more frustrated and explained my issue. He was extremely Rude to me the customer. I mentioned I have done business with them for years. He basically said he did not care and I was threatening / I was just frustrated. I finally said just send me a return tag and I will go elsewhere. This was extremely unprofessional I evened asked for the Owner. He said that will never happen. So I would think twice before calling a company that really does not care about their customers I hope the Owner sees this message and reaches out to me.
