My salesman, Dan Hall, was very communicative and consistently offered updates and details regarding my newly ordered car. Would certainly refer friends etc to Dan /Braman

Scam artists. Do not come here. Have come multiple times with an appointment, you will wait for a hour to even talk to anyone. Then they will charge you double for everything. Take it to Treasure coast. They talked me into a service plan and didnt even mention ton when it expired so I wasted a bunch of money on services that I didnt end up getting to use. Absolutely terrible customer service, everyone is just sitting around doing nothing on their phones while you wait around. Treasure coast BMW will charge you half on everything and treat you like a customer. Just came in for an oil change, charged me 250 bucks. Treasure coast is doing 3 years of oil changes for 225. Worst dealership in the country.

Any dealer that creates more repairs than they fix something is not trustworthy or responsible... as Sandro says "Sometimes things happen" went elsewhere for those "things" and got it at 35% of the Braman estimate

I took my BMW X3 with less than 6,000 miles on it in for service at Braman. I made sure at least 3 personnel felt the low pressure from the vents when on full blast, which I stressed happened intermittently, not all the time. After looking into it, they said there was no problem. I took it in a 2nd time when it predictably happened again, again stressing it happened intermittently. By the time the service people looked at it, it was working again. They sent a video claiming I was just mistaking the slightly lower air pressure from the front vents when the rear vents are opened as a malfunction. When it happened again, I drove it to Coggin, an hour away, hoping they would have better luck. Service personnel immediately looked under the hood and within minutes said the system had iced over, and that it was likely losing charge. They gave me a loaner, and later verified under-charge and are searching for the leak. Coggin will be getting my service business from now on, even if they are an hour away. UPDATE: Dealer's response talks about how because it's intermittent, that is why their service techs did not see the problem. I will re-state what I said earlier in the review I made sure "3 personnel felt the low pressure from the vents when on full blast" when I brought it in. All 3 of these personnel heard me say it was intermittent. These personnel were likely not the technicians. So they probably parked the car somewhere, it thawed, then a tech got to it and saw no problem.

Bypass this facility, we had a safety issue with our X7 calling the police from the SOS system. The car is has been great to us Jacksonville BMW (Tom Bush) has been splendid to work with. The car had a service bulletin published in 2022 while under warranty and in fact is still covered under extended warranty. I was told if I had brought it to my selling dealership who performed all the required maintenance they would have warranty the 2,000 dollar sharkfin antenna repair.
